I purchased a used camero from this dealership in 2011 every other dealership i visited in Indiana and Illinois denied my credit and application but the professional at State Wide Ford help to get me approved for financing and the purchase of the car i wanted it took 2 weeks but I so appreciate their dedication as 14 other Chevy dealership wouldn't even consider me even though I work and could of afford the monthly payments. Shopping with Statewide has been a $7500 mistake. Our Expectations with any and all Dealerships is to be trustworthy and have a higher Standard with Customer Service. This is NOT the case with Statewide Ford. DO NOT TRUST THEIR INSPECTION PROGRAM. We had been looking at Ford Escapes for several months prior to the purchase here. The overall experience was very easy. I was already prequalified before I arrived. My son and I already picked the car out online before we arrived and Randy and the others had it ready. We test drove it and my son said he would take it. All the paperwork went quickly. Ethan helped us with the features of the Fusion.. After all our questions answered.- we were out of there quickly.
