Andy Czajkowski is the President of StateWide Ford and is also the owner of Superior Collision, Quick Lane Tire & Auto and Statewide Emergency Products in Van Wert. Born and raised in Detroit, he moved to New Jersey in 1982 to enter the automobile industry. Andy relocated to Van Wert in 1993 with his wife, Mary, and their daughter, Alex. He is heavily engaged in community service, serving on, the Van Wert County Foundation, and is a Director of Fort Wayne Public Television, PBS39. Andy is a past Chairman of United Way of Van Wert County and the Van Wert County Hospital Board of Trustees. He is also a Director at First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Van Wert and is an active member of the Van Wert Rotary Club
Brad joined the StateWide Ford team in March, 2014 and in January 2017 became part owner with buying 49% of the company, bringing over 10 years of industry experience.
Brad is a graduate of Van Wert High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing with a minor in Religious Studies from the University of Dayton.
In 2006, he married his wife, Shannon; together they raise their three children, Lilian (11 years old), Jack (8 years old), and Charlie Marie (5 years old). Brad and his family reside in Van Wert and attend St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church. Brad also serves on the Van Wert Service Club board and Executive Committee.
In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching OSU football, Red’s baseball, traveling, listening to live music, and skiing at the lake.

Matt joined the StateWide Ford family in March of 2018. Matt is a Van Wert native, graduating from Van Wert High School in 1997. He attended and graduated from THE Ohio State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Family Financial Management. Following graduation, Matt pursued his financial career as an independent mortgage loan originator while living in Plain City. He continued to work in the mortgage industry as he relocated to his hometown in 2016.
Matt resides in Van Wert with his two sons Jackson and Carter. The members of the Dunlap family are all around sports enthusiasts! During the summer, he can be found working on his farm and dirtbike track with his boys. O-H!
Dan began his career in the automotive industry 6 years ago. He has built his experience as a top sales associate, sales manager, finance manager, and now has worked his way up to be Statewide’s general sales manager. Dan makes it a priority to be transparent and to go through every option with each customer on every deal. His goal is to educate and provide a one-of-a-kind sales experience you will not receive anywhere else. Dan and his wife Brittney have three beautiful children, Tyson, Naomi, and Laini. Dan is a proud veteran that served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps Infantry. Dan enjoys working out, playing sports, and spending time with his family. Born and raised in Northern Indiana, Coltyn began his automotive career in 2020. He graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Healthcare, and continued pursuing his education at Grace College where he received his Master’s in Nonprofit Management. In his free time, he loves traveling with his husband and four dogs. His favorite past-time is investing in businesses and being involved in the community in any capacity. He has a true passion for building relationships and making connections, which has lead him to accept the position of Finance Manager at Statewide Ford!
Born and raised in Van Wert. Raised in the automotive business with years of experience and eager to work with the great team at Statewide Ford. Graduated from Van Wert High School in 2007 and attended Ohio State for a year before going into the automotive business full time. Happily married to my wife Arionna for 5 years and we have a 1.5 year old son named Oakley. We have 2 dogs a miniature Yorkie named Prada and a Siberian husky named Timber. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with family and friends and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Reds.
I was born in Paulding, but later moved to Grover Hill to attend Wayne Trace High School. Growing up I would spend time with my Great Grandfather who owned his own automotive repair shop proudly named “Ernie’s Auto Service” located between Van Wert and Paulding in a little town named Broughton. Whether I was sweeping the shop, running a lemonade stand for his customers, or just watching him work all day are some of my fondest memories.
I’ve been working with the Statewide Crew since the beginning of 2020, and a year later proudly bought my first home here in Van Wert!I work closely amongst all departments so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or opportunities!

I have been married to my beautiful wife Amber for 20 years and am the proud father of 2 grown sons Caleb & Elliott.
When I am not at work I am usually spending time with my family, attending the First Baptist Church, camping, or raising and showing our Percheron Draft Horses.
I was born and raised in Cloverdale Ohio. Graduated from Continental School in 2014 and went on to Columbus State to achieve my Associate’s Degree in Business Management. I am excited to bring my love of cars and people to the sales floor here at StateWide Ford! In my free time, you can find me spending time with my friends and family. I enjoy music, cars, camping, and cooking. I am also very proud of my nephew Zip, a chihuahua-terrier mix, and my niece Zoey, a full Siberian Husky. Jackson Young has now been with StateWide Ford for over 5 years and fits in perfectly here on our sales team.
Growing up, I have always had an interest in cars and how they are consistently progressing in both technology and the economy. I also love meeting new faces and working with customers. So what better than to assist customers to get into the vehicle of their dreams! Born and raised here in Van Wert, I attended Van Wert High School and graduated in 2012. My home life consists of my wife Chelsey, daughter Adalynn (7), son Liam(6), daughter Scarlet (newborn), as well as our Australian Sheppard Wilson and Saint Bernard Althea. When I am not at StateWide Ford, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and going to concerts, as well as rooting on The Ohio State University football team, Cleveland Indians, and the Cleveland Browns
Randy Custer was born and raised in Van Wert County, graduated from Van Wert in 1973. He has been helping customers with car purchases for over 40 years, selling Ford-Lincoln-Mercury for the past 35 years. Randy left Van Wert for 26 years and is back in Van Wert at StateWide Ford. It’s all about building customer relationships and satisfaction, Randy has a motto that he has always used “Come in a customer and leave a friend”.
Randy and his wife Kathy have been married 42 years and have 3 beautiful children, 10 grandchildren that keep them active and going with all their activities.

I was born and raised in Van Wert. I graduated from Van Wert High School in 2016. After high school, I attended Huntington University for 3 years pursuing Worship Ministry. During my third year in college, I had the opportunity to serve as the Worship Pastor at Trinity United Methodist Church. Now, I work as a Parts and Service Liaison at SStateWide Ford.
In my free time, I enjoy playing music, sports, and video games. My two favorite instruments to play are piano and guitar. Ultimate frisbee and soccer top the list of sports I enjoy the most. I enjoy any type of movie that isn’t a horror film and my favorite snack is Doritos with Mountain Dew Baja Blast to drink.
I have been in the automotive field since 1990 and have loved every second of it. I was a GM at Advance’d Auto for 23 years if I look familiar. When I am not at work I am at home spending time with my family. I have been happily married since 1998 and have 1 boy. Call or stop in to chat about your vehicle anytime!
I was born and raised here in Van Wert, and graduated from VWHS in 2011. From there I attended UNOH, majoring in Sports Marketing & Management. After college I began my career in auto parts, and am now in my 9th year in the industry, first with AutoZone and now here at Statewide. When I’m not here serving our valued customers, I’m usually at a race track, concert, hockey game, or driving/camping somewhere far from paved roads.
Stacy Rife came to us in November of 2017. Stacy brings over 35 years of accounting background to StateWide Ford. While she did not graduate high school in the area, she did attend her first three years here at both Lincolnview and Van Wert High School. She moved away in 1985, where her career took her to the states of Indiana and Texas before returning to Ohio in 2011 to marry her best friend and high school sweetheart, Henry Rife. They reside in Ohio City and share 5 children and 3 grandchildren between the two of them. Stacy attends First United Methodist Church in Van Wert, where she is an active member of the worship band. She also is very involved in community theater at the Van Wert Civic Theater, where she has performed in 6 musicals back to back in the last three years. She loves being back in Ohio where she gets to experience all of the season changes!
Patty joined the StateWide Ford team in 2009 as the Title Clerk and shortly after moved into Accounts Payables where she enjoys “spending Andy’s money”.
She is originally from Lodi, Ohio but moved to Van Wert 30 years ago after meeting her husband Brian. Outside the office, she spends a lot of time playing with her 4 grandkids. Any remaining time is committed to her lifelong hobby of raising and showing horses.
